  • Gut health isn’t about perfection - it’s about rhythm. When we eat with the seasons and align with nature, variety becomes effortless, nourishment feels intuitive, and family food becomes simpler.

  • Spring is a time to refresh and revive - a period of planning, renewal, fresh ideas, new beginnings, and a gentle awakening with ferments like crunchy spring pickles
    Summer is a time to move and explore - for outdoor adventures, nature and colour, with lively ferments like fizzy fermented kefir and preserved lemons, to bring renewed vibrancy for sunny days ahead.
    Autumn is a time to slow down and reflect, and turn inward - baking sourdough and embracing preserving ferments like krauts.
    Winter is a time to hibernate and rest deeply, preparing the nervous system to rest and digest - a season for slow walks, for taking stock, (and making stock!), creating nourishing ferments, and drinking miso. 

  • Each workshop gently guides you into the rhythm of the season ahead. Together, we will explore foods that are in season and topics that reflect the needs and energy of each time of year.

    The events are a blend of learning, with practical, hands-on elements and plenty to take away - including worksheets and recipes you can immediately use at home plus continued support through the Gutsy community.

    You will leave feeling empowered to support your family’s wellbeing in a realistic and nurturing way, more confident to create nourishing food that work for your home, your children, and your everyday life.
